A line of loose leaf teas based on tasseomancy, the reading of tea leaves for ones fortune, and other forms of divination. The imagery and style of the packaging is drawn from the culture related to these practices. Each tin includes a small accordion folding book with instructions on how to practice tasseomancy readings. 

Buffalo Exchange: Identity Rebrand

Buffalo Exchange’s is a retailer that focuses on buying, selling and trading used apparel. Their self proclaimed retail goal is to lead resale fashion, but their identity is fails to be comparable to the brands they aspire to resell. The pillars of their brand lie in their southwestern roots, urban existence, and collective nature. In their new identity, the palette and typography draws from the company’s roots while maintaining a contemporary feel. The pattern speaks to the collective nature while also poking fun at the idea of used clothing.
